    Thanks for these superb interviews. It is strange, however, that Mr. Turner builds considerable ‘street credit’ with his fair assessment of the Canadian real estate market, and then throws it away with a shallow “just think positive ignore the negative” narrative for America. 2013 is shaping up to be an awful year for the United States.

    @Lore I agree with your assessment. I think he is too optimistic on America considering their personal and civic debt loads.
